Welcome to Villa do Tanque By making your reservation and/or checking in at our facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. We ask that you read this document carefully to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

 
Clause 1: Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability. Confirmation will be sent by email after payment is completed. We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and PIX. Payments must be made at the time of booking or as previously agreed.

In some cases, a security deposit may be requested, which will be returned after your stay, subject to verification of any damages or outstanding financial obligations. Reservation prices are subject to change without notice, but we guarantee the rate at the time of booking up to 24 hours before the arrival date.

 

Clause 2: Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 3:00 PM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

A valid ID is required at check-in.

 

Clause 3: Guest Responsibilities

The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services provided until full settlement of the accounts. Guests will be held liable for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their companions or any person for whom they are responsible.

The hotel management is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables such as money, jewelry or any other items left in the rooms.

It is the guest's responsibility to keep the room doors locked when leaving and to ensure the security of their belongings.

 

Clause 4: Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 15 days before the check-in date will be entitled to a refund of 85% of the amount paid, with a fee of 15% being applied. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the check-in date will be entitled to the issuance of a credit letter or full discount coupon for future rebooking of the accommodation. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the check-in date will not be entitled to any refund.

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

 

Clause 5: Pets

Pets are allowed in the hotel, except in common areas and food outlets. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and must keep them under control at all times.

 

Clause 6: Children

Children are always welcome, as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult. We define children as individuals up to 17 years old. Extra beds may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

 

Clause 7: Accessibility and Security

As this is an old farm, please note that stones and uneven terrain may make mobility difficult. We recommend that you take extra care when moving around the outside areas. Please note that some areas may have restrictions for people with reduced mobility. Please inform us in advance of any special needs you may have. The hotel is equipped with fire extinguishers, emergency signage and clearly marked evacuation routes. In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the staff.

 

Clause 8: Use of Facilities

Respect the opening hours of common areas, such as swimming pools, games rooms and restaurants. Follow the specific rules of each area to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. We ask that you immediately report any problems or damage to the facilities so that we can arrange for the necessary maintenance.

 

Clause 9: Rules of Conduct

All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner and to avoid causing disturbances. Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms and indoor areas of the hotel. Designated outdoor smoking areas must be respected. Guests are requested to keep noise levels to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 PM.

 

Clause 10: Smoking and Substances Policy

Designated smoking areas are provided. Failure to comply may result in fines and/or termination of stay. The use of illicit substances is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate removal of the guest.

 

Clause 11: Parking

Parking free is available to guests. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss to parked vehicles. Please follow the parking signs and guidelines to ensure order and safety.

 

Clause 12: Force Majeure

The hotel is not responsible for cancellations or changes to reservations due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond the hotel's control. In cases of force majeure, we will do our best to offer alternatives or refunds, in accordance with the current policy.

 

Clause 13: Changes to Terms

The hotel reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to guests by email or via the official website. Continued use of the facilities after changes are made implies acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of the region. In case of conflict, we will seek to resolve it amicably before resorting to legal measures.

 

Clause 15: Privacy and Data Protection

The information provided by guests will be used exclusively for the purposes of hosting and service management. The hotel is committed to protecting the privacy of guests in accordance with current data protection laws. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.

 

Clause 16: Internet Policy and Use of Technology

The hotel offers internet access free. It is the guest's responsibility to use the network appropriately. The hotel is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the internet or security breaches. The use of the internet for illegal, offensive activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties is prohibited.

 

Clause 17: Environmental Responsibility

The hotel adopts sustainable practices and encourages guests to contribute to preserving the environment. We provide recycling bins and ask guests to help separate waste correctly. We ask that guests help save water and energy by turning off lights and electronic devices when not in use.

 

Clause 18: Additional Services

Information about the hotel's meal times, menus and payment policies can be found at the restaurant. Shuttle services, car rentals or bicycle rentals are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Schedule of recreational activities, tours and events organized by the hotel. Consult the reception for more details. Available 24 hours, subject to availability and possible fees.

 

Clause 19: Emergencies and Safety

Guidance on what to do in the event of an emergency, such as fire, evacuation or other critical situations, is available at the front desk and in each room. Emergency contact information is available at the front desk and in the hotel's informational materials.

First aid kit available at reception for use in emergencies.

 

Clause 20: Intellectual Property

All materials, including text, images and logos, are the property of the hotel and protected by intellectual property laws.

It is prohibited to reproduce or distribute images and materials from the hotel without prior authorization.

Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel from any claims, losses or damages arising out of their stay. The hotel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the stay.
